Subtitles and Transcription

Hi, I’m Tanguy Canton. Often in need of creating subtitles, I think that the "Transcription" and "subtitles" window should be opened. 

The delivery of a transcript during an interview is common. Therefore, making a subtitle change in the "Text -> Subtitles" window should be reflected in the "Transcription" window and vice versa. 

This would allow us to retrieve the entire text directly from "Transcription" which is much faster than in "All-titles".
