support 10 bit h.264 decoding on intel processors

hi adobe i have a question,

would you support 10 bit h.264 decoding on windows 11 in the future with intel 13th processors quick sync.

This is a limitation of current Windows GPUs: there is no hardware acceleration for any H.264 format other than 8-bit 4:2:0. Hardware acceleration is more widely available for HEVC. Puget Systems has an interesting overview of this on their blog:
