Sync length of frame hold segment in effect controls panel to timeline

Currently, when adding a frame hold segment a 2 second segment is added that can be shortened or lengthened in the timeline, but it does not change in the effect controls panel, meaning you can't add keyframes after the clip "ends" even though it is still going on the timeline. The lengh should match what is in the timeline so keyframes can work properly.

Estas usando ADD FRAME HOLD y la opcion correcta deberia ser INSERT FRAME HOLD SEGMENT.

Both options give the same error and don't allow keyframing past the default length in the effects control panel.
