The FIT CLIP DIALOG is a meaningless tool. It serves to confirm what I already indicated... Copy the Avid Media Composer method and make the world happy?

Turn it off in Settings > Timeline > uncheck Show Clip Mismatch Warning dialog.

i wasn't be able to find "settings - timeline" but i found "edit - preferences - timeline". Is it?

If was, do not worked... Te same window keeps apears.

You are correct. That's not the right setting. The next time the popup appears, check the box next to "Always Use This Choice".  I select "Ignore Source Out Point" because it is closest to the behavior in Media Composer.

BTW, I agree it's a useless feature.

I do this exactaly... But at times, too much times, the window appears because i need "do not ignore outpoint"...
