The need to manually edit into the transcript Premier Pro Beta

When Premier Beta transcripts the audio, it often makes mistakes in the transcription, as most transcribers do. It is important to be able to edit these errors and have the software accept the edit and playback in the voice of the speaker. That would be enough for now. But, to make this software most useful and powerful, users should at some point be able to copy and paste text to the transcript and have the software accept that and play that back in the voice of the speaker. In my case, I am most often only editing audio/video in a single-speaker voice. With these changes/updates, Premier Pro would be most useful and powerful. I really what you have done so far.

Are you saying that you would like to type in new / different words, and it would come out in the speakers voice. Like pasting this responce into the transcript and the speaker would say these words?

Yes, that is correct. Strangely enough, on occasion, I have edited corrections to transcript errors, and it has played that correction back correctly in the original speaker's voice. Call me crazy, but I have actually once typed in a full sentence, and the transcript took it and played it back in the speaker's voice. I would try it again and it would not work. Being able to edit transcript errors is vitally important. If not, the editor's only choice is to rerecord to make up for the transcript errors.
