Unable to change the project tab location when using the custom workspace

When I save a workspace, the project tabs location doesn't save when using the custom workspace. I've spoken to support and I was told that the software doesn't currently support doing this which to me doesn't make sense to save half the workspace and not the rest.

Sometimes ... some Project panels will stay in my Production panel grouping, where I want them.

But ... at times, one or more as in your post ... reappear in the lower left quadrant of the main UI window. Where I do not EVER want them.

I have complained about this in person at NAB for freaking YEARS. Yes, I would love to get that fixed also!
