Why doesn't Adobe Premiere Pro have a built-in video background remover like Adobe Express?

I've noticed that Adobe Express includes a very useful video background remover, which is super helpful for quick edits. I'm wondering why this feature hasn't made its way into Premiere Pro yet.

Given that Premiere Pro is a professional-grade editor, it feels like a basic background removal tool (without needing green screens or complicated rotoscoping) would be a huge help—especially with so many creators working solo or needing quick turnaround times.

Is there a reason this hasn't been integrated yet? Or is it something Adobe is working on for future updates?

The interesting thing is the professional video post apps have far fewer automated effects than the prosumer ones. Because the professional users typically wanted full control, not an automated thing.

But more automated things are coming in over time.
