YouTube plugin (Premiere Pro v24.0) lacks support for specifying "Made for Kids" restriction.
Until this parameter is specified, YouTube blocks transcoding of the uploaded video, which breaks the whole purpose of this plugin. (auto uploade after encode so that I don't need to wait for it.)
