• What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?
• What's the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?

Please try reinstalling the app if you haven't already. If it doesn't help, try creating a new user account on your computer and test Premiere Pro in it.

In the meantime, can you clean media cache and delete preferences? That may help. If it does not, you can create a new project and import the old project into the new one. Let us know if any of these steps help.
