14.3.1 Not working

Brand new SSD Hard drive recently installed with Windows10 right for the Adobe Cloud. 

AMD Ryzen 7 3700x 8-Core Processor 3.6 GHz 

32 Gb RAM 

AMD Radeon R5 200 Series 

 

First, the screens didn't work. Timeline play button did nothing, not click, not space bar, then, "Premiere is not responding" . 

Going back to the previous version solved the problem. 

 

I am very curious about why it happens. Is it the graphic card too old?

 

Customer service chat was very bad by the way. I hope they fix that, I love Adobe Stuff.
