Just installed 15.2 and programme is seriously lagging/freezing.  Can't do any urgent work.

Maybe for some, but for others there are solutions possibly based on the hardware of the computer. When people post "it doesn't work", it's the least help they could provide when it's help they need. We need encouragement to have people want to give as much info as possible to get the help they need. This is after all a free help resource.
