1920x1080 After Effects comp looks different than same in Premiere Pro

I created a composition in After Effects in 1920 x 1080, rendered it and imported it into Premiere Pro. I exported the PP project into 1920 x 1080 and my AE comp is bigger (and therefore does not show all the comp) in Premiere Pro. What am I missing?

It is likely due to a mismatch of media properties and sequence settings.

I am creating AE compositions in 1080 x 1920 resolution and bringing them into PP with the same resolution settings, but the composition doesn't use the whole screen in PP and gets cut off. Can anyone help?
