3 hour but still not resolve

Whats wrong with premiere pro lately? last week i wast having and encounter of difficulty to render,a small visual and small size take 7 hours. and today i cant even export my things. 30 times of crashing per hour and its been 4 hour of wasting time. i tried to reinstall but the thing happened.
