A book for Avid editors learning Premiere Pro?

Can anyone recommend a book for experienced Avid editors migrating to Premiere?  Or, failing that, another source or guide that might help in making the transition?  Much thanks.

I don't know of a book, per se.

I have collected some resources for you in a post I just created here.

Furthermore, I would recommend a subscription to Lynda.com/LinkedIn for some resources on this topic if you can budget it. Nothing very current for migration that I could find, unfortunately, but I did find this.
