A previously saved project has dissapeared with no auto saves

HI, Please help me.

I Have project that i made on premiere pro (well 2 projects) that i had previously saved. Both of which are no where to be found. the auto save folder isnt there and the only place i can find a trace of one of them is in the captured video segment of ap files. 

I am running windows 10 with premiere pro 14. I have tried searching all of the .prproj files on my laptop and still cant find them.

the last time i edited the projects were a week ago but premiew is saying that there is 27 day gap between projects

Did you save them to an external drive that is no longer connected to the computer?
