A problem caused premier pro to stop working correctly.. Help me please

Can someone please  help me. I have a dell precision M6800 laptop. Intel core i7-4940MX 

32gb RAM, and Nivida quadro K4100M.

Everytime I try exporting adobe premiere pro (V13.0.1) it crashes it doesn't even show me the export options. Immediately after I press cntrl+M, it crashes and shows me the error message ( an error caused the system to stop working correctly....) can someone please help me? I tried clearing the cach and make the rendering software only. Nothing worked. And it's not about the size or type of file because I tried just exporting a small song it did the same thing. Thanks in advance.

Oh I also tried uninstalling adobe and reinstall it again. It also didn't work. 

And my windows update is up to date.
