A thin border while using color key?

Hey, I'm just wondering has anyone else bumped into this one issue where you use color key and leaves a few borders? I've tried cropping it out but it still shows and slightly removes a bit of the badges and text which I don't want happening, have I done a certain setting wrong?

I have two crops in the effects panel just to remove unwanted things in the video and have a small fading effect.My effect settingsethe border issue
