Acelerated reproduction speed by default, how do I change that?

(sorry, my english isn't that good)
I was working on my project yesterday. And I opened it today, but when I press space, the reproduction speed was the double or maybe triple. I tried to research about it on Google and YT, but nobody had the solution.

And with "speed" I mean... Do you know the blue timer that's in the timeline? That's much faster than the normal, so do the video.

So I learned that the keys J, K and L, especially with SHIFT pressed, can make some difference on the reproduction speed. So I tried that. But when I did the audio quality drastically changed. To the point to not be able to recognise a voice; what makes editing impossible. So I went to configurations on the app itself but find nothing related to reprodution speed.

I tried to switch projects and restart Premiere. No luck with that as well...

I would be very thankful if you know how to solve this problem and help me to regain normal speed.

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-clean-delete-or-trash-media-cache-files/td-p/....

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-premiere-pro/td-p/...

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Also,

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

If the file is variable frame rate, which although Adobe says it will support, many users are having issues with VFR.

Use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:
