I added a blur effect to my adjustment layer and i scaled it to small bar, but i wanna add an transitions only to the adjustment layer not the whole video, when i add a transitions it will apply to the all video
and when i add a crop to the adjastment layer there will be a black backround when i crop it
An Adjustment layer is a holder of effects, not a piece of media itself.
The entire purpose and nature of an Adjustment Layer is to affect the video media below it. So anything done to the AL is designed apply to the media. Such as color corrections and such. Which aren't applied to the AL they are placed on, but the video clip below them.
