Adjust speed/duration for time-lapse issue -Solved-Remove Post

EDIT: As mentioned below, I'm a noob here. Just learned: can only edit Speed/Duration one clip at a time. My Bad.

I'm working on my first timelapse in PP 14.9.0.

When I select my clips & summon Speed/Duration dialog, all options are greyed. The entire project (3 clips) runs about 2-3mins now, and I would like to compress the enitre duration to about 60 secs at 24fps. 

I'm a noob and can't grasp why the Speed/Duration controls aren't accessble. Noob error no doubt!

I would like to do this "Losslessly" so I have the option to re-edit the duration if needed.
