Greetings,
I have some, but limited experience editing video in Premiere and am attempting to feature a timer that shows time comparisons.
I've got the timer to appear as I want by adding black video and then timecode and cropping, however I need the timer to display the seconds a little differently.
For example, the timer should stop at 4.69 seconds but the current timecode only displays up to 4;30 before changing to 5.
Is there a way to adjust this without effecting the frame rate?
Any assistance or insight is appreciated.

4;30 means 4 seconds and 30 frames.
You can change to Milliseconds for a more precise timecode by right clicking it.
