Nvidia 2070s May studio driver

Keyframing of many effects just stopped working on adjustment layers over the past 2 updates of premire. Notably Red Giant and all effects in the Time and Stylize categories.
I've tried;
- Updating and reinstalling nvidia drivers, and unfortunately the old drivers were causing preview and After Effects issues so rolling back is not possible.
- Updating/Reinstalling Premire, again, rolling back causes more issues, mostly with previews.
- Resettinng preferences, workspaces, and deleting caches.
- Switching audio drives from ASIO to MME and disabling inputs.
Would uninstalling Red Giant do anything if this is affecting stock plugins too?
I've seen multiple posts about this from like, 2018 even, and they never seem to get addressed or fixed. At this point if I can't find some fix I'm going to have to adjust a big part of my workflow, so I'd appreciate if anyone has figured this out. All I can seem to find are bandaged workarounds.
