Hi - I'm fairly new to Adobe suite. I've downloaded several video transition presets from reputable 3rd party sites such as Storyblocks and Motion Array. When importing the presets in PP, a "file format not supported" message pops up. Had me thinking the files were corrupt so, I bought a graphics preset pack from Adobe. Unfortunately, that wasn't a solution to my problem either. Please assist.
I'm using a Macbook FYI. Thanks!
