Adobe charges me every month but it doesn't allow me to use their program.

Hello.

 

I'm using Adobe student plan. 

It charges me every month but it DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO USE THEIR PROGRAM.

IT KEEPS ASKING ME TO GET THE PLAN OR SUGGESTING ME TO USE THIER FREE TRIAL.

I TRIED TO CONTACT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT IDK HOW TO CONTACT WITH THEM. 

IT MAKES ME REALLY HARD TO BARE CURSING. 

DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHY THIS SITUATION HAPPEN TO ME?

About halfway down the page there's a link to "contact Adobe Customer Care."  

If you don't have any luck, post back and I or someone else will try and help.  We're just users like you but adobe employees do sometimes help here.  And please post back and let us know how things work out...
