My Premiere Pro wont play any media, been on the  imports or the timeline, having the most anoying error saying "minor error on adobe player", tried to unistall it to see if it would "fix it" but look likes it got worse.

First it started to flicker and "remixed" the videos on it's on, then stoped working to reproduse videos and even the timeline canvas...

what mac model are you working with?  You can find this info in "about this mac" in the apple menu.  and what are your source properties and sequence settings?  And by any chance are any of your sources from screen recordings or shot on a smartphone?  If so, the problem is most likely clips with a variable frame rate

use mediainfo to determine whether your source is variable or constant frame rate

https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download

if it's variable use handbrake to convert to constant frame rate

https://handbrake.fr
and here's a tutorial on how to use handbrake
