Adobe Premier problems

I am making some clips in Adobe Premier pro and when i export them in Adobe encoder they get mixed up and my audio is detached, video cuts at wrong times and its generally messy

Try saving and closing your project; then close both Premiere Pro and Audition (and double check to make sure both are up-to-date). Then try clearing your project cache by restarting Premiere Pro while holding Shift + Alt (Win) or Option (Mac).
