Adobe Premiere 14.4 export media takes forever

Hello,

after the newest 14.4 media encoder and premiere update a 2 mins clip with very little effects takes around 4 hours to export. 2 days ago everything was perfect and the export was quick as usual. Now CPU and GPU are at idle while exporting, hardware acceleration is enabled, Intel i9, Nvidia 2080TI, 64GB Ram.

Tried to instal older Versions, same problem...
