Adobe Premiere Error Compiling Movie Error, Software render error

Hey guys, so I've been on Adobe Premiere 2021 for a while now, and reccently I've been getting these messages a lot.

I keep getting "Error compliling movie.. Software render error.. Component: AE.ADBE Echo.. ImporterMP3" And timecodes which this involves.. I've tried so many different things like creating a new project, clearing my cache, changing my renderer to software only and OpenCL, deleting the effects and exporting, diff formats like quicktime, and h.264.. I even tried moving everything to a new drive. It's not the actual effects, I don't know what it is. I changed my hardware encoding to software as well.. None of these worked. Please help.

PS, this is the 3rd time that this happened. The other times i had to move my footage to a new drive, but now that's not working.
