Adobe premiere minimum requirements

Hi

I want to ask if my pc can run adobe premiere or not

My pc specs are:

 

Intel core i7 1st gen

6gb ddr3 1333mhz of ram

Radeon R9 270

 

I just want to start learning premiere as I am planning to move from mac final cut pro to premiere.

i7 1st gen, as in a 920 or simular. Your machine is 12 years old. Premiere 2020 will not run.

CS6 will do ok, but alas no longer available.

Stick to FCP or buy a new computer.

With that i7-920 and only 6 GB total of RAM, Premiere Pro 2020 will launch; however, there will be major stability issues unless you upgrade to newer hardware witrh more RAM. The program will crash if you try to do anything significant within that program.

 

And I am assuming that that i7-920 was running Windows 10. In that case, then FCP will not run at all as it is OSX only. Windows cannot run Mac-specific programs at all. (And I cannot say anything about "Hackintosh" as weird

Look at the link joellebh posted.

If you're using an older version of Premiere, your specs can be lower.

For current versions, the minimum recommended RAM is 8GB.

What if I upgrade RAM to 12 GB ddr3 1333mhz ?

Is the gpu ok ?
