adobe premiere pro 15.1 locks up when i hit quick export from Windows 10 laptop

Whenever I hit quick export (or try the regular menu option to export), Adobe Premiere Pro completely locks up, and I have to force quit. I have tried clearing my media cache and even clearing room on my laptop, but it's still happening. I have been trying to troubleshoot this for three days now, and I'm terrified I'm going to lose all my work. Any help is appreciated!

Hi, via creative cloud you are able to install lover version 14.09 - maybe it will fix the problem till adobe solved issue on version 15.

BTW I have the same problem with 15.01. I reinstalled premiere few times and it not help so I installed lower version and hope it helps – I haven’t tested yet.

I installed 15.0 and it worked again. Thanks for the suggestion!
