Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 Color Grade causes "not responding" error

Every time I am in the color tab and try to use the auto function on a clip, the whole thing freezes. All I am receive is the "not responding" error. Then it will ask if I want to close the app. What can be done?

There have been a lot of issues lately with graphics card drivers.  You might check on the manufacturers website...
