Hi

I'm on a mental breakdown.

My computer freezes in the middle of a project in Premiere pro 2020.
I can do nothing but putting the pc out with the on_off button. The pc freezes totally.

In Adobe 2018 was everything ok. I'm using video files from my mavic air 2, h.264 4K/60 fps.
Someone else has the same problems?

PC specs are:

ryzen 3900X
32 gig corsair 3000
mobo gigabyte x470
Gigabyte gtx 1080 oc version.

There have been a number of users with Nvidia cards on here with crashes/freezes and similar issue the last couple days. Go to the Project settings and set Mercury Acceleration to Software only.

If that fixes the problem then go to the Nvidia site, driver support page. Download the latest STUDIO driver version and do a clean install. If that doesn't work properly, go back one Studio driver version.

See if this helps ...

Yes. I took the older driver from Nvidia. Now it works again. Tomorrow I
will install the studio driver.
