Adobe Premiere Pro Could not retrieve the 'My Documents' folder location

Hi Everyone! I need to change the path of the error that i attached. When i connect to a vpn the premiere pro works fine. But when i try to open connected to the vpn the premiere pro throws the error (see the image attached). I need to that path goes to a local folder and not a server folder.
