Adobe Premiere Pro doesn't start

Hello,

 

I installed Adobe Premiere Pro on my computer using Adobe Creative Cloud (as part of a full subscription), but the app doesn't start. Already reinstalled several times, tried to run with administrator rights and in compatibility mode with earlier versions of Windows. Nothing helps. From software either no reaction (only the loading indicator on the cursor) or Crash Report. Please tell me what to do. As I understand it, apps from Adobe are generally extremely moody and many users have already had to arrange "dances with a tambourine" around them.

 

P.S. There are no problems with Adobe Photoshop.

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card

and you might check to see if your system meets the minimum requirements

fwiw, I find Premiere on the whole to be very stable.
