Adobe Premiere Pro keeps closing on its own about 5-15 seconds after it fully loaded!

Hi I have Adobe Premiere Pro 2018 on Windows 10 but every time Premiere Pro loads and it fully loads, 5-15 seconds later, it eventually closes on its own. 

If you don't mind me asking, how do you fix this crazy disaster?

I was just discussing this exact problem with a fellow ACP this week. He recalled a situation in which the administrator who installed PPro had done so under his own account, so that when the (actual) user went to run it — during the moments when PPro is trying to initialize and find its "home base" folders, scratch disks, etc. — it ran into a nonexistent folder location in the preferences and just gave up.

Have you tried reinstalling PPro entirely? Giving it the space and location pointers it needs...it might help. Just a thought. Please let us know.

I uninstalled it and reinstalled Premiere Pro.  It's still closing on its own first thing it's fully loaded!

Did I do something wrong?

I removed security software, I uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Pro, and I tried a new user account! 

Nothing in Step 3 worked!

A little more detail would be helpful.

What security software did you remove.  Is there any remaining?

Did you use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool when removing Premiere Pro?

Was the new user account Admin?

Are any networks in use here?

Did you reinstall Windows from scratch?  If so, which version?
