Adobe premiere pro No export settings availabe

Problem: I have almost no export options available, nor I can change the export quality. Does someone know how to get more presets or how to customize the export settings? I have now watched several tutorials, update my Adobe premiere V19 and don't know what to do else. 

Hopefully someone can help me out. Thanks!

You need to use the dropdown menu under Format.
