My video driver: nvidia geforce rtx 2060

I just updated my computer but now it's saying my premier pro isn't compatible. Thoughts on how to fix this?

Other Specs: Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz, 2904 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)

 

I just got this alienware desktop and didn't have that compatibility report issue until recently.

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
•nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version

No... that is your video HARDWARE... what is your driver version, and have you checked at nvidia?

 

IF you have nVidia... How to determine your nVidia driver version
Right click in any open area of the Windows desktop
Select NVIDIA Control Panel from the popup window
Select SYSTEM INFORMATION at the lower left corner
Driver version should be the 1st line in Details
I have a GTX760 driver 432.00 and Win10 20H2
