Anyone know how i can reset my aspect ratio? This photo shows that the video is long in width and flat in height. However when you look to the bottom left the aspect ratio is fairly normal. I am using a new version of premire pro and have no issues.

Your Program panel's zoom level is set to 100% (bottom left dropdown). Which means you have 1:1 pixel reproduction and therefore your image frame is larger than your panel. Click that and select "Fit" to fit the entire frame into your panel.
