Adobe Support Is About As Useless as Premiere Pro as a Program

I have never been so incredibly dissatisfied with a product in my life.

I have tried getting support 7 separate times for the same issue. Each time the guys in support will fix one issue and then get disconnected.

It appears that adobe really doesn't care about their customers at all. So here I am, posting into the void.

Would anyone know why I click on "File > Export" and no dialogue will appear?

I can't wait to be done with this project so that I never use an adobe product ever again.

You can't click on File > Export, there's a submenu after Export.

Okay, I'll be a little more specific. Right thereafter, I clike "media." And then nothing happens.

I have even tried Ctrl+M to no avail.

I used to get the queue / export prompt. Now I get nothing. And when I try to work with adobe support, we are alwasy disconnected. I think I have about 15 different tickets open right now because every one of the support reps wants to create a new ticket.

Which window in Premiere is active when you're clicking on Export Media?
