When I have an AE Comp which has an adjustment layer applied to it. It will not apply it on to my layers in Premiere. The reason why I'm using AE with a layer is due to effects not in Premiere.
Usually, people send the video clips from Premiere to After Effects using Dynamic Link and then do the work in AE. I'm pretty sure just making a comp in After Effects with an adjustment layer and some effects and then sending that to Premiere Pro and expecting it to affect the clips below in Premiere Pro won't work.
