After Effects plugins into Premiere Pro

I got sapphire plugins for free and I dragged them into the right folder on AE and they work flawlessly. However, I don't know where to put my sapphire plugins for Premiere Pro, is there a file to put them. Or can I just import effects from AE to PR?

Sapphire should have instructions on how to install those in Premiere if they can be used there. Not all Ae things work in Premiere.
