After Effects to Premiere Pro import Issue

Hello,

I am having an Issue importing my AE animated title into my PP project. I simply clicked and dragged the .aet file and keep getting the error message, "Adobe After Effects 2021 must be installed to import this file." Keep in mind that I have already uninstalled and re-installed the latest version of AE. Please advise and assist.
