Took some videos in mobile phone 4K mode. After editing and exporting the project, the video is getting blurred out at random places, more at places where i add video effects.
I don't see any issue if the same video is edited and exported in other softwares like VSDC.
Can you please advise what must be the basic input file format and its respective file format while export.
You can help by providing what you are exporting it as. If I were to guess, you're trying to export a 4K video but not allowing Premiere enough bandwidth to make that happen with high quality. Either way, posting what you're doing is best otherwise we have no idea how to help you with what you're actually doing.
