Hello! I have an one hour long mp4 file, which is a Goto Meeting recording (56 MB, 1920 × 1080), that I imported into Premiere Pro CC (Version 14.9). In Premiere Pro it's suddenly just one second long. But when I open it in Quicktime it works perfectly. I also tried to import it in the Media Encoder, but the same problem occured. I tried to download the file again, changed it to .mov, emptied the media cache, started premiere new, started my laptop new - nothing works.
I hope you can help me!
