After updating I have a problem in shortcut (premiere pro)

When I worked on source monitor and essential graphic tap, shortcut wasn't work. In or out, even if ctrl +c or v it doesn’t worked. Program language is english and also typing on graphic title is english too.

Plz somebody help me. I’m gonna crazy to stuffy to die...
