Am I the only one who doesn't have an automatic subtitle option in Premiere Pro 2021?

I am a person who is using the Korean version of Premier Pro 2021. In March, Adobe updated "Automatic subtitle conversion" and I wonder why I'm the only one who hasn't been there for two months.I searched on the portal site, but I didn't get a satisfactory answer. I have a assignment due at midnight on Friday, so please help me.
