Am Unable to Import files not just video to my premiere pro cc 2019

Hello Guys and the Adobe team, for a while now have been unable to upload to me files(not videos only ) to my adobe premiere pro cc 2019 and have tried everything method I saw here and on YouTube .

Have cleared the media cache also but it was not still working.

Guys help me out
