Animating text quicker- Need tips

I edit podcasts for an NGO and then I create snippets to share on their Instagram page with animated text like in the attached video.

The thing is it takes me incredibly long to make because I write out the words, place them in a layout that works, then lock them. I then type out each word individually and line it up to the locked reference and animate.

I know there must be a quicker way to achieve this look. Does anyone who knows a plug in that can help me achieve this quicker?

If there's a quicker way in After Effects I'd switch to that too.

In Ae, there are quite a number of text animation options. You'd need to go through them of course. And there are plugins for this galore.

You can even search for text animation plugins for PrPro as there are some out there.
