Hello, I have a serial movie whose voice is disturbed! I tried to normalize but it still sounds like that! How can I resolve unpleasant voice sound?

We'd need more details to understand what is going on. For instance, how it was recorded, and on what. What do the meters show for levels? Please tell us much more about this.

Here's an easy troubleshooting step: Go to Preferences>Audio Hardware>Default Input and set it to None.
