Any way to do a bunch of frame-hold extends all at once?

I'm wondering if the scenario I run into often is common and that I'm the only one who does not know the shortcut.

After doing a lengthy edit sessions of chopping up video associated with an audio timeline, like the one I've attached, the final thing I need to do is grab the last frame of each clip that ends on empty frame, and extend that to the next non empty frame.

It's always painful to do this as sometimes my video will change up to the very last frame and I've not figured an easy way to handle that with frame-hold.  Sometimes, the gaps are also small and using frame-hold is just hard and I end up doing screen captures and inserts.

Any suggestions?
